Rob, I think Prato explained it rather well. Studies have shown that a significant number of prostate biopsy pathology is graded incorrectly. 3 out of 200 patients are shown to have cancer when they do not. A number of other cancers are either over graded or under graded. Knowledge is power and you want to be able to make your decisions based on knowledge.
Sounds like you are knee-deep in the "get it out" syndrome that many of us experience. All I can say is that you will be better served if you explore all of the options first before making a final decision. The last thing you want is regret. You have the opportunity to do it right so you should.
