Based on post prostatectomy, what tumor percentage is considered large volume?

Good question. I don't have an answer, but mine was approximately 10%.

My urologist said if the total tumor volume was over 20%, then the cancer has usually spread. That's why I was in a study because of very high amount of tumor present, yet it had not spread.
