Hubby was diagnosed three years ago (Gleason 9 - Da Vinci prostectomy with no clear margins- spread to abdominal lymph nodes and started Lupron ). Had is most recent Lupron shot and PSA. Another zero! He was very relieved because he had read somewhere that the three year mark is often when things 'go bad' again. Got another 4 months of him feeling better about things. Yay! turn

That's great news! Congratulations on the continued success. Always wonderful to hear good news, especially for the uncommon G9 5+4 folks. Very encouraging!

Thanks everyone. Overthepond, I wish I could take your advice. I've been dealing with a major asthma problem for going on 2 years now. My 'regular' asthma turned into cough variant asthma and now I spend many, many hours a day (almost every day, too) coughing. I've been on so many different meds, had so many different tests and nothing is helping except to take hydrocodone every 4 hours and albuterol every 6 hours and tessalon every 8 hours. I'm going back to Duke medical for a second consultation with ANOTHER doctor this week. Keeping fingers crossed for help.
