They are not using feraheme.

Sounds like you are on the right track to kick the beast down the road. Secondarily, with two rounds of high dose radiation, you won't need a new costume for up coming Halloween, you can be "glow-n-the-dark" man.

Bob: The atmosphere at Dattoli's is outstanding, I found that some of the patients I was getting radiated with were as knowledgeable about prostate cancer as some of the Doc's I've seen and that's not a knock on the Doc's.

I know that Dattoli believes if you're receiving under 70 Gys, you're wasting your time so I get the 75 he's hitting you with.

I hope you've had the opportunity to try some of the restaurants in the Amish community, they are fantastic.

Bob: I just now had the chance to read your response, the upside to your journey is now you're in the hands of a real expert in my opinion. When I went through the "Datolli experience" they were still doing feraheme as the scan, it would really be interesting to find out why they went away from it. I wonder if it's because NIH started a clinical trial with the scan and they have more resources obviously than private businesses do. Dattoli, Myer, and Bravo were in the process of trying to publish their findings on feraheme when I was down there but it never happened obviously.

I'm under the impression that faraheme isn't used anymore because of safety.

Did they zap all your visible spots? Any psa/spots now?

Now that HiFu has been approved in the U.S., maybe it can be used to treat small mets just as effectively as radiation and avoid the big cost and the radiation side-effects...
