There is no other screening for PCa widely available, so until there is a more accurate means, it is what it is. So if it stops being done at a physical, routine check up, health fair or whatever the hell you want to call it, how do men get dx' d???
Look at the poll for age on this forum...100 under the age of 65 with PCa. By far the majority. If all those guys waited for symptoms to occur, how many would have been cured? I'm not a cynic (well actually, I am) but in this case, let's be realistic!
