Well, Tommy Chong believes in it.
I believe there is more likely than not some merit to the medical side of hemp for many. I don't me to be confrontational with this statement, but I don't believe the best use of it is to smoking it. What Dr. is going to recommend smoking, yet that's all that we see on the news. I'm not suggesting you are planning to smoke either, just a general observation.
I've watched several documentaries on using food as a delivery mechanism for those with chronic problems and cancers, and this makes much more sense, at least to me.
Most of this I've ran across during research for MS, something my wife has been faced with for years. Some of the literature in the MS periodicals she receives show where tests have confirmed positive results from the use of medical grade marijuana. For those unfamiliar, with MS you lose the protective sheath over the nerves, causing brain instructions to become mixed and jumbled. Apparently this therapy resolves issues with motor skills as a result of MS.
It can't hurt to ask and investigate it.
