A few observations at random that might be helpful:
Men who get similar responses to a range of doses often have a venous leak and will need more of the drugs to get a usable reaction. Men with good venoclusion (no leak) have a fairly narrow line between not-enough and too-much. We have guys here who use 13 units (0.13ml) becasue 12 units produces very little result and 14 units keeps them rock hard for three hours. I, on the other hand, got similar results with anything between 25 and 50 units.
There are a number of strengths of trimix (different concentrations of the drug) and the one you are probably using is the one we call "watery starter mix". It is a good mix for starting out because men who are strong responders can do the necessary fine titration. Men with venous leaks (who need more of the drugs) often graduate to "trimix super" which is slightly more than three times as strong. If the stronger mix turns out to be appropriate for you you will find it less expensive per use even though it is more expensive per ml.
You may find that your response to the drug depends on your position. Most men get a stronger response when they are standing or sitting up straight than when they lay down. For men with a venous leak it can make a big difference.
That last is not an exaggeration at all. My response always went from
almost usable(regardless of dose) while standing to about
zero response(except for ache) while laying down.
