John Hopkins down grade

You're getting some great input here, which I don't have the knowledge to augment. But I wanted to applaud you for exploring all of your options very thoroughly - even though it can be maddening. In retrospect, I feel my dh and I should have done more intense homework in the early stages.

Post op pathology will be definitive on EPe/ECE. It will arguably give you the most information about where you stand on all fronts. This does come with a price , however, side effects that "can" be grim. You can imo get what you want from radiation, specifically BT and to be honest I am not up to par in the latest in that area.. Again the price paid there is you will never know what was in there...but it will be burnt to a crisp and you will be like most of us angsting over psa tests. Its interesting that hopkins didn't mention PNI... Therein is an example of the point i made in my previous reply to yo.
Its really only recently that anyone did. Im telling ya, the pca industry is a manufacturers dream. Every new technical discovery rolls out another new model+ monkey see...monkey do is as alive as it has ever been in society in general. Forgive the editorial at the end...despite its intentionality. EDIT Ps in spite of the trashing Walshes book received recently from a few.. It would be worth your while to pick up a copy and read the pertinent, to you, chapters. I suspect you will wind up know a lot more than a LOT of the folks here know about this disease. Peter Scardino has another great book on the disease...Don't buy into a few posters who learned mostly everything they know from the same books they are now dissing...nary a one who are experts or have their own book on same.
