about
3 months ago I had a bad bout of what my primary thought was prostatitis and was treated as such. 2 rounds of cipro did little but around the same time developed severe anxiety and panic attacks. I am now being treated for the anxiety and my doctor ordered a PSA test at the tail end of the prostatitis and came back a 1.4. I am 36 by the way. She didn't seem concerned and I think only ordered it for cya sake since I mentioned the test. Here we are a month after my PSA test and months of anxiety meds and now I am experience very low back pain and some radiating into groin at times. When I arch my back backwards the pain intensifies so not sure if this is a back issue or prostatitis flaring up again. At what point should I see an actual urologist? I have no urinary problems, no blood in urine or seem en, and urinalysis came back clean. I will say I ejaculate a lot of semen and if I go a few days I Start to get pain in the scrotum. Sorry for the long post just not sure where to head with all this and obviously I am grappling with serious anxiety all at the same time. I appreciate any and all input! My anxiety in my head has me worried I may have PC but trying to stay positive
