How sad to read of your decision to leave. If memory serves me correctly, this is the first time you've announced your departure. I hope that in the future, should you decide to come back to HW, you won't post an announcement of your return. And after that, should you decide to leave again (and again), you will spare us more posts about your decision to leave and your decision to return. Many of us are getting up in years and the constant back and forth makes us dizzy.

We've been through alot together and we've seen (and read) alot over the years. But through it all I took comfort in your presence, in the sure knowledge that you were reading the same posts as I and finding them just as frustrating and boorish. I have always been grateful that you've been there for me during these stressful episodes and have always felt a certain kinship with you.

While none of us is perfect, there's one thing about your posts that has always irked me: why have you never told us how much you spent on your car? I never could figure that one out. After all, we're practically family and the notion that you would leave out this important piece of information shows a certain lack of trust on your part. But, not to worry...we don't hold any of this against you.

As I close this (which is my first post in a few years which shows just how important you are to me that I would take the time to respond to your post), I would like to share with you these profound words, knowing that you will appreciate the sentiment behind them: DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU ON THE WAY OUT!
