Yesterday I had the awesome opportunity to hook up with Todd1963 over a burger and a beer in downtown Chicago. Just as amazing in person as he is out here. For those of you with advanced PCa I would urge you to hook up with this man - inspirational doesn't do him justice.

Thanks for finding time to hook up Bro - and here's until the next time.

Thanks Clock, yes it was just a really great time meeting and spending some time with him. And yep, all is well here for sure and hope the same is true on your end. We should plan another supper get together soon.

Yyoop.... I was just logging on to say what a great time I had meeting you. I wanted to do it yesterday but it was psa day so instead I gave blood came home and fought with Mandy. I am such an ass on psa day. It was late coming back but it arrived sometime before 4a.m. Man it was good to meet you. It was the best part of my trip. The first of many

Oops. Siri never understands me very well. Working so many hours I barely have time to be online. My only real downtime is when I am driving and I rely heavily on voice to text

I've been there, LOL! Voice to text and/or auto-correct can come up with some bizarre or hilarious bloopers! Bloopers, not Yoopers! Good to hear about you and Yooper being able to link up. He does sound like a good guy, and you are-despite text errors via Siri LOL!- as he says an inspiration and PCa rockstar! ( I do pretty well with Mac voice to text, but Siri has always had a hard time understanding me)

It's always so cool to see guys getting together over a common "bond"...but not letting that dictate the meeting.... It truly is a "family"....we have some black sheep, and we can bicker and ***** at each other, but in the end, there is a bond and comradery that is unequaled in "normal" life.

There are definitely some gentlemen that I would love to meet in person from that board, just hoping we have the time to do so!

Don't sell yourself short, you are one of the rock stars on HW for the past 3-4 years. Who knows how many guys you helped with your intense search for a treatment (brachytherapy) that fit for you.

As you know, I am a surgery guy but we both never TELL another brother what they should do just inform them of what happened to us, what we did and how we are now.

Yes, Todd is a miracle and we are all so happy for him. Glad you guys hooked up. That is what a GFMPH meeting is all about, whether it be 2 guys meeting or 20.
