I'm an HDR-BT guy, but yes I've noticed an increase in Cowper's gland fluids when aroused since treatment in 2016. It is definitely not urine since I still have my prostate gland, albeit largely non-functional, and the urinary sphincter contained within it.
I'm not going to bring in my spectrum analyzer and measure the amounts of each, but you too are likely leaking urine ("foreplay incontinence") due to the radiation damage to your external sphincter caused by HRD-BT. Here's a clue: there is no physiological reason from treatments for the Cowper's gland to start producing "more" fluid. Leakiness is a known RT side-effect, no doubt about
it...urinary incontinence observed after BT, however, is usually (thankfully) only a few drops compared to other RT forms. Try a constriction band if it's a real problem (Dr Mulhall's recommendation to prevent either foreplay- or orgasm-associated incontinence).
