Forgive me if a thread like this already exists, but I was wondering about
the post treatment PSA trends of guys who chose RT as their primary treatment instead of surgery.
If this describes you, what were your PSA trend results after RT ended? Were you on Lupron at the same time? If so, what happened to your PSA once you stopped Lupron?

No HT, just good old radiation blasting away.
so far no sign of x-ray vision developing.

Also if you could include your Gleason score too, that would be great! (Unless you are including a signature)

My PSA has been undetectable since it was first checked after radiation therapy. That is almost 3 years ago now. (Yay!) I'm very pleased, to say the least. Even with my testosterone back up above 130 it's undetectable.
You can google your question, and you'll find detailed discussions about
it.
Briefly, it may go up before declining long term, but should eventually drift down to some minimum, the "nadir". Further treatment may be considered if it rises again, reaching 2 points higher than the minimum.

Had 14 months of Lupron prior to IMRT ---PSA was 0.3 prior after it has been 0.2. Now with the VA in November will get PSA and T checked. If it stays down I will get PSA test more often and if it goes up return on Lupron or other. My boys may never recover but would like to get my bone and muscle back up. Work on health. Still working hard. will keep everyone posted.

My situation is not common as my primary radiation treatment (Proton) failed. I then went on a clinical trial that included Lupron. Click on my signature PCa History.
