Finished radiation a year ago, PSA at finish was 1.98, 3 months was 1.17, next 3 months was .55, last one last week was .24 looking good. Prostate removed 4 yrs ago, now when orgasm have always had a problem with leaking during. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM, ANY CURES FOUND.......THANKS.....

Congratulations on the PSA!

Lots of guys have that leaking problem. Pee before sex, use a condom, talk to your doc, etc.

I have that concern for a little while, but over time it got better.

Glad to see your numbers going down. Any noticeable lingering side effects (i.e. Stomach issues).

That's called climacturia, and it's fairly common. Some guys in my groups have offered some tips:
• use a constriction band at the base
• don't drink anything for several hours before, especially alcohol, caffeine, & fruit juices
• empty the bladder completely before
• lie flat on one's back during sex - getting up and changing position may make it worse
• some say that ED meds make it worse - less problem with injections
