I used to get videos from Snuffy Meyers with new treatments that he may be administering,
however haven't received anything in a long while.

Does anyone know his status?

I'd guess it's a technical problem and maybe you fell off his list or he's forgotten to distribute that way. He's a brilliant man but maybe not the best manager -- I find his technology and office to be a little hard to work with. I follow him on facebook and I feel like I saw a new video posted on facebook in the last couple of weeks.

He may have slowed down a little recently, I haven't really been staying close to it. I know he cut back to only seeing patients three days a week, to allow more time to stay on top of the many recent advances. I think his health may also be a factor. He had a serious illness (contracted from a sick patient from overseas) about a year or two ago. I think he'd say he's entirely recovered; to my eyes, when I last saw him maybe 5 months ago, he still seemed a smidge weaker than he had been before the illness.

Had an appointment with Snuffy last week. Moving a tad slower but not noticeably impaired in any way. As brilliant and articulate as ever.

Thanks for the update, I hope to see Dr. Meyers speak at the PRCI Conference in L.A on Sept 10th.

You have been through alot in your battle. Congrats to you and I am hoping for that durable long period of remission for you now, even with the mets.

I assume you have a subscription to his videos? $50 per year. Haven't gotten one recently but I frankly haven't looked for one either. His videos are great no doubt. My RO subscribes to Snuffys philosophy regarding treatments and meds.

My experience is that the Snuffy videos are free. The subscription is for the monthly journal Prostatepedia that his team puts out--I find it well worth the cost.

WE WERE GETTING MEYER'S VIDEO'S FROM OUR LOCAL SUPPORT GROUP MEETING, HOWEVER HAVEN'T
ATTENDED THOSE MEETINGS IN AWHILE.
