Occasionally?!?! You only wake up "Occasionally"?!?!?!
I (and millions of other guys over 55) want to know your secret!
Yes it is quite common - maybe even the norm.
I cut off my fluid intake after about
7pm. I also drink less during my evening meal.
That is the only way I can make it through the night.
Remember: fluid in = fluid out. You are a thermodynamic machine that produces on average 1 ml of pee per hour / kg of body weight. (2 to 3 ounces per hour) If your bladder holds 16 oz then you can figure on getting up if you are well hydrated.
Back off a little on your fluid intake a couple of hours before bed and see if it makes a difference.
And pee in the shower before you hit the sheets. (Don't tell your wife.)
