I get my PSA results back tomorrow.
I am on Lupron vacay, and this one is the first since not taking another shot.
So, I'd accept any prayers, good thoughts, good vibrations sent my way.
Thanks!!

Good Luck. I have been on an HT vacation for nearly 2.5 years and get tested every month. This is still early in your vacation so you can expect, I hope and pray, a great psa.

alephnull, here's to good numbers. May the odds ever be in your favor...
As you may have read, I just had a very similar situation. I just got off of my 3 years primary treatment's neoadjuvant Lupron + Casodex ADT2 in March (the last 4 month shot was in Nov 2015). In May, PSA <0.1 still, testosterone 132. In August, testosterone 290, but PSA now 0.2, first time since end of RT that it was ever up at all. Likely now just seeing the post RT nadir number, so I think all's good. My new MO was not on the same page, so had a rough week or so working through that. My existing plan got rather upended as soon as there was a slight PSA increase, something I'd been rather expecting.
With your Lupron holiday, do you have a plan already in place? In other words, you'll get a PSA number of some kind. Do you have a response plan for whatever happens, one with which your medical team is on board? I assume at some point maybe you'll have to go back on it again. Do you have a pattern, or threshold when that would happen?
I hope you have a great testosterone recovery, and enjoy the holiday!

Thank you guys very much!!
I have indeed kept my PSA undetectable for now. Awesome!!!!
I know it's early, but it's more nerve wracking now that I don't get the Lupron anymore.

Hello Alephnull,
Great news --- worthy of a BANNER HEADLINE on the front page of the newspaper ---
The headline on your copy of the morning edition will read as follows:
"UNDETECTABLE P.S.A. TREND CONTINUES FOR ALEPHNULL !"
Thanks for sharing the great news !
Handshake to congratulate you,

Go see a urologist and find out why it's so high.
What it means is that you need more testing to figure out what is going on.
