The CT you get after the fiducials
is for the simulations. After they take your picture, they take a lot of time running computer simulations with lots of different beam placement scenarios to determine the optimum beam placements that meet all their prostate dose delivery targets and dose constraints for organs at risk. You won't be there for that.
I didn't have any diet restrictions or enemas whatever because my machine was very fast. I think they want to avoid any movement caused by gas or large stool passing into the rectum during each treatment. Why not eat filet mignon and chateau margaux? You deserve it.
