My father who lives in China has been using Abiraterone since March. It doesn't work for him anymore. The doctor suggests Xtandi but they don't sell it there. We can get a prescription from a Hong Kong doctor, but the price in Hong Kong is rather expensive. Do any of you know of a way for us to order these drugs at a relatively low price?

Enzalutamide is distributed under the trade name Xtandi by Medivation Corp. You might try contacting them directly and see if they have any sort of "compassionate use" program you might be eligible for...Other than that, people living outside the U.S. can sometimes find sources for high-cost lifesaving drugs made by companies that disregard U.S. patent laws....Of course, these outlaw "generic" versions may or may not be effective...In this area, do your homework carefully.....

You can buy the original product in Turkey at relatively cheaper prices. Xtandi is imported by Astellas Pharma under the same brand name. Here is the link to Xtandi retail price in Turkey.

Pharmacies are not allowed to export pharmaceuticals. I've not heard any pharmacy having an online international order system
