Peter is right, the cause of pain should be investigated and described. It could be temporary pain from ADT and Zometa. If it turns out that he is experiencing pain from bone mets, he needs to see a doctor who specializes or has experience in pain management. I say this, because I had once asked a friend, a family medical doctor, how much training with pain management she had, and she said, apart from some book chapters at the medical school, not much. "No pain killer is working" is just not acceptable.
