Yes. In advanced PC, hematuria can be a symptom...but PC is usually really advanced before any symptom shows up. You don't have advanced PC. At age 57, you probably do have some PC simply because it is a natural part of aging, but you are not one of the rare cases of advanced PC...not with that low PSA and history of negative biopsies.

But there is a very long list of things that causes one's pee to turn red-ish, including foods and medications. If you can't directly attribute red-ish pee to one of those, then you should see your doctor...cuz you may have something going on which should be attended to.

I had two biopsies that were negative the last being about 7 years before the third found high volume 12 of 14 cores Gleason 7 (4+3) cancer.

If I were you I would have a percent free PSA along with the regular PSA at your next blood draw.

Often hematuria occurs with prostatitis and UTIs. If it occurs along with bacteria in the urine, it's probably a UTI. But it can be from a lot of stuff - blood clots or stones in the bladder or higher up, scar tissue from a biopsy sloughing off, etc.
