Using the VED is a little tricky because the tube going from the controller to the cuff is right where the pump is pressed against your skin. It can be done but you have to push it off the tube so it doesn't kink your line.
I decided against the implant. Too much of everything, as you said. You can always do it at some other time, if you change your mind.
The waiting period for activation is, of course, 6 weeks. You will be swollen for most of that time period. Buy a couple of bags of frozen peas, keep them in your freezer inside a baggy separate from everything else. You don't want to grab the wrong bag for dinner one night.
After your surgery, use one bag on your crotch keeping the other in reserve. Don't laugh, you can thank me later. Oh, and don't
open the bag of peas, lol, leave them in their bags, they conform to your swollen area.
You will be glad you are making this decision, congratulations. It is so second nature to me now, I don't even think about
it any more.
