Update

I am in Munich for Cyberknife. Have done Pelvis and lumbar MRI ,nothing found in the sites where there were PSMA UPTAKES.
How could they do radiation then. My PSA is <0.003 again after only 1 month of HT(Triptorelin). Confused!
Tomorrow I have an appointment with the Cyberknife team.

I didn't have uptake in any of my LYMPH nodes. I had in SV fossa and L3.
Btw, do you know any clinic where genetic profiling can be done in Germany?

After meeting with CK team, no treatment can be done one those spots,because of no evidence of metastatic disease.
After the study of my MRIs and the PET/CT: Conclusion.....false positives....degenerative disease in the spine L3 and inflamed tissue around a surgical clip. Unbelievable...isn't it?
Recommendation: stop ADT and do another PSMA PT/CT after 6 months just in case!

Highest PSA=0.85 off ADT
29 August2016 68Galaxy PSMA PETCT PSA=0.27... 2 UPTAKES.....Seminal vesicles fossa(local) & L3
Now on casodox..PSA..undetectable.
Confused!! What to do next!!
