Heh - the emotional crap is pretty bad with the Luprolides, and it is hard to deal with as well.
Once again - mindfulness meditation (as described on the first page of Healing Well) works very well to help moderate those emotional bounces and anxiety attacks.
Also self employed here, get up at 4 AM every day anyways, so getting everything done before treatment was easy for me. The clinic is only 15 minutes from home and 11 AM was after rush hour so traffic wasn't bad at all.
Even better, CBC out of Windsor plays classical music in the mornings so I was pretty mellow when I got to the clinic in the morning.
The RO gave me a script
to take a 1 hour daily nap, which I am still doing. Helps with the fatigue a lot. My Labrador joins me for that.
