First of all I want to say how grateful I am for this forum and everyone's posts - thank you! I had my radical prostate surgery six weeks ago. Since then I've been healing ok... Two pads a day, seems to be improving slowly. I seem to have most control at night, my worst is when I'm moving around doing things, then it's pretty bad. My ed is still very poor, but if I spend an hour I can usually get Mr happy to at least smile a bit - for this I'm grateful as I know it could be much worse.
Lately, I noticed a pain in my buttox like constipation. My bm's have been good, so I stared a laxative in case that was the issue. This helped a little, but my bm's have always been good and the pain remains. It's not constant, I usually feel it when I move around. The other day it got so bad I had to take an ibuprofen to kill the pain. Anyways, I've never had this issue before and I'm not constipated, therefore I'm just wondering if this is just part of the healing?
Thanks, I appreciate any feedback.
