18-F DCFPyL Pet/ CT Clinical Trial

This is the only place now recruiting for 18 FDCPyl the pet/scan. It is the OSPREY trial I will give NCT # later.
My husband had the scan at Yale New Haven Hospital in CT, 2 weeks ago.
He was in Cohort B, which required new metastasis shown on standard imaging CT and Bone scan.
If you are approved ,there is no cost at all for the imaging.
They will want to biopsy the lesion.
The 1 lesion that the standard scans had shown lit up like a fireball.

It was a good experience, Yale has top notch Drs.(which is where his onc is from) and a cancer facility at Smilow Cancer Center.

GREAT ...When he had the scan that was the only place, and there were only 2 people enrolled.

Does anyone know the difference between this mentioned 18-FDCPyl pet scan and the
older F-18/ FDG Pet Scan?
