You are the proud owner of a Gleason 7 cancer and a pretty high PSA. Your PSA number is worrisome and those G4 cancer cells are kinda dangerous to keep around.
I had a uro like yours...I moved on to someone
more competent. While the choice of treatments (or non-treatment) is yours to make, I direct your attention to my stats (below, in my sig line). I also had a pretty high PSA (not as high as yours, gratefully) and a G7(4+3). I went into surgery with a G7(3+4) and came out with a G7(4+3). I still have some of those G4 cancer cells to play with too....AFTER radiation, Leuprolide chemo AND surgery.
Maybe you will be luckier than me though.
