Going from 30 minutes to 7 hours sounds like quite the challenge.
I have only been on Lupron for 3 months and I feel the loss of muscle and my bathroom scale went for 21% body fat to 27%+ in those 3 months. I have upped my normal daily workouts, cardio and weights, and also cut/split/stack firewood this time of year all while going through Lupron and SRT. Really helps with the fatigue but the bathroom scale continues to show an increase in body fat in spite of about 3 hours of daily strenuous activity. I also think the surgery was more of a factor than the Lupron. The surgery did the damage, the Lupron is preventing further recovery.
Not sure the kegels will be enough to get you from 30 minutes to 7 hours but why not try?
Have you looked into any prostate friendly "flat" bike seats or is that not an option with the kind of riding you will be doing? I tried one and the balance was different than a standard seat. It would likely take some training with a flat seat to get comfortable riding with it for long periods.
