I only know Mel through his posting on here, but feel great sympathy.
That is a really savage blow on top of existing health worries.
Hope it all works out well.

Mel, I don't know what to say other than I am sorry to hear it. I am in Hawaii now watching surfers, and I was thinking of him before I heard this. Mel, I pray for your recovery, Brother!

Allen, very sorry and shocked to hear this about
Mel...unbelievable. I had not caught up with him on what he had decided to do with the LN issue, and now this. I will email him.

This is Cheryl. Mel has to go to an acute rehab center but the insurance is dragging their feet. Situation unchanged. Mel sends his best to the group and thanks you for your best wishes.

Cheryl and Mel- my prayers as you recover. You certainly do NOT need the stress of fighting an insurance company piled on top of the other problems. Mel, we are pulling for your recovery and comeback. We need you here!

This is bad news for me. My spine is fusing from arthritis (ankylosing spondylitis) and I fear and expect something like this in my future. A few more details about
your injury when you can would be helpful to me. Take care and get well Mel, and keep us posted on your recovery.
