Yes, but I'm a menopausal woman, so not entirely sure that's relevant to your situation!
For what it's worth though, I took it daily for six months and it didn't do a darn thing unfortunately.
Still 'breaking out' every 15-30 minutes. Oh the joys...! Let's just say a couple of small cheap desk fans have been my best investment on that front.

try acupuncture - RCTs show great improvement. otherwise, estrogen or Megace patches may work.

Thanks, I have read about acupuncture and it seems to help more than most non traditional treatments. Although I am not on medicare my private insurance will not pay for the treatment either and as Fred said it is an expensive treatment. I am close to the end of my HT so I might just try to hold on but the hot flashes and night sweats seem to be getting worse. They say what don't kill us makes us stronger and I hope that's true because this HT is kicking me.
