I just passed 4 years since my surgery. LARP with Dr. Tewari in NYC.

My PSA remains undetectable.
I get good erections naturally (no meds or injections needed any longer).
The surgical scars have faded so much that I can't even find most of them anymore.
I have almost perfect continence, aside from an occasional drip or two when walking the first few steps immediately after urinating.

I am very thankful.

There are certain guys here that I remember since we got here about the same time. You got were a handful of months after me and I remember thinking--man, I thought I was young to have this, but not nearly as young as Gedman!

I'm soooooo glad that everything has worked out so well for you. All the best and continued success for another 4-5 decades!

raypaul - It is hard for me to recall the timeline exactly. I think it was around 2 years that I started to experience the early signs of ED recovery. Some guys say that ED recovery is finished at 3 years (and whatever you got at that point isn't going to get any better), but I found that my ED continued to improve until I had essentially recovered my full pre-surgery erectile function at almost 4 years.
