Steve, I hate to ask, but do you keep the medicine (Trimix) in the cooler?

You can ask me anything you want
It's in the refridge now - but if I were to travel with it, I'd carry it in something that would hold it and an ice pack or two.

I am a 65 year old man. I have Ed, not PC.
I have a new girlfriend which looks to be heading towards sex.
She is very affectionate, and the hugs and kisses are escalation.
I really like this woman (57 year old) and I don't want to mess this up.
I can see a long term relationship with her.
When, or should I tell her that I must inject to perform?
The logistics are giving me major anxiety.
Would like to hear the women's point of view.
It's most important for me to hear what a woman thinks about
my situation.

Water,
My husband uses trimix. From the female side of it, sex with a man using trimix is no different than with a man who doesn't use it, outside of the mechanics of him having to inject.
There is no right answer on when to tell her. I think a good time may be when you are at a point in the relationship where you are ready to have sex with her. I believe that attitude is part of getting a positive response from her. If you can present it confidently it may be received in a more positive light. Women like to feel that they are desired. If you express appreciation for her and act confident, rather than being completely hung up on the fact that you need trimix, it will help.
It does come down to her and what her values are. If she is not understanding and accepting, then she is not the right person for you.
