Long-term, I wouldn't expect any change in ejaculate volume after a biopsy. Short-term, however, I would imagine that internal swelling could block things up, perhaps resulting in retrograde ejaculation (where the ejaculate flows back into the bladder), which might make it seem as if there is no ejaculate.
That said, I personally didn't notice any difference after biopsy. After treatment, though, is another matter.
