ROs at UCSD Medical v Sharp

Hello, community,
Any knowledge of San Diego-area ROs?

I am leaning to get my IMRT done at UCSD Medical, as opposed to my current provider, Sharp/Sharp Rees Stealy. It is my understanding UCSD has the best equipment locally. Additionally, this is who the RO at MD Anderson recommended in my area. The RO I was referred to at Sharp is Jabbari, who, while he seemed knowledgeable, wasn't a genitourinary/prostate specialist, nor is this an area where Sharp is considered specialists in.

Does anyone have a recommendation or experience with Drs Einck, Sandhu, Mundt or Rose? I know next to nothing about either, so any input would be welcomed.

Incidentally, I switched jobs recently and thus insurance carriers. I could only afford the HMO 'buy up' (the PPO offered was around $2000/month). I would therefore need to switch providers as my plan won't allow me to be referred outside of my selected provider. I have yet to communicate this to my urological surgeon at Sharp, who has been leading my treatment up to this point. Kind of a bummer.
