Get an expert at one of the big deal hospitals... Hopkins, Stanford, Rochester, Mayo, Sloan--- you get the idea. But still, prepare your body by exercising before the surgery - a month or more if you don't do it already, and then continue to do a similar regime after. The experts, plus the pre and post conditioning helps LOADS.
