Greetings to PC bros...sis on behalf of their hubby

26 mos post SRT, I m fine
came back with blood work..pSA < 0.03
Glad the radiation therapy works for me
But with some trade-off effects.
Lately...some SE do appear,
Like occasionally dripping when sqautting to do some work
More times needed for passing motion. Occasionally need twice or three times to clear the bowel.
Other then these, I m fine still walking 3 KM on routine.
Hope this input do give PC bros..encouragement on their treatment.

so just curious - is SRT same as SBRT and how do they decide where to hit the radiation after RALP and where did you get it done and how does it work after your PSA reading went up ...do you figure out the RO/MO or does the Uro refer you to one. Are there choices in terms of radiation to use SRT vs. IMRT vs. gamma ..proton etc.

yk, that's an enviable PSA series, good for you. It's an indication that surgery can be a decent option even for a G9 5+4.
