Very very frustrating and worrying.
Don't let me take things off track here. What you're looking for is someone who's had the (current) problem you're having....it's a long slog what you're doing Colbo. I could not have imagined radiation so soon after surgery. It probably wouldn't have been possible anyhow as it took months to recover from my surgery....from the mental, emotional and physical side effects that resulted from my surgery. You got a bit of a bum deal goin' on right now Colbo.
That said...it can feel as if life, as you know it, is gone forever. A distant memory, that self-identification of being strong...well...healthy. My surgery SE's .... After a few months of that crap....it just makes one *feel* sick. The kind of sick we think of when we think of old people...who's life is basically over....not the dying over kind of over...but our healthy selves kind of over. Kinda like..."I'm probably not gonna die...but...I'm just gonna be one of those "sickly" (my mom taught me that word ) men who will never quite be healthy again from here on out. The kind ya hear about
....who never quite gets back to being well again.
That's how it felt to me....several months after my surgery. Maybe you feel this way...maybe you don't. But if you do Colbo....it's an illusion. Time is warped where you are. It's not right....it plays games with our heads. Everytime you pee...perspective is flushed right down the toilet with that "urine". (yeah...we use words like that when we're "sick"....those kinds of words can define our vocabulary).
Colbo...I know you are going to get better. Your body will feel fit again. It's temporary. Don't let it work on ya anymore than possible man. It won't be that long. You're in the twilight zone of time right now.
Anyone had peeing problems while having Radiation????
