New member "Hotflash" first posted the following on the G9 Crew thread. Please welcome him. Note how many treatments he's been through so far; quite a list.

New Gleason 9 member. DX in July 2012. Gleason 9 (5+4), mets to iliac, L1, L2, L3 & L4
Lupron start Aug 2012. Bicalutimaide Aug 2012. Stop bicalutimide Jun2013 rising PSA.
Aug 2013 - Phase 2 Trial Galeterone for 31 days due to acute uticaria.
Nov 2013 - Phase 3 Trial Enzalutiomide (Xtandi), Continued to July 2016 - fatigue and slowly rising PSA.
Sep 2016 - Provenge & Foundation One biopsy genetic report on bone cancer ( P1K3Ca, PTEN, etc)
Nov 2016 - Ph1 Trial AZD8186. Stop due to Liver, restartn finally stop in Jan 2017.
Jan 2017 - Abiraterone for two months, stop due to PSA rise. Liver & Lymph node (2) mets apparent frOm scans
Apr 2017 - Radiation due to spinal collapse & pain, 19 cycles.
May 2017 - started docetaxol & Carboplatin w/ PSA 42.28
June 2017 - PSA drop to 6.1 after first round, PSA drop to 2.96 after 2nd round, liver enzymes drop slightly.

Nov 2013 - Ph 3 Clinical Trial Enzalutimide, PSA 6.54, Nadir -0.08. Stop Jul 2016 - Fatigue
Sep 2016 - Provenge
Nov 2016 - Ph 1 AZD8186, Liver damage
Jan 2017 - Abiraterone stop Mar2017
Apr 2017 Rad for Spi

I have them a lot myself. Darn uncomfortable.
I read your post on the G9 crew thread. (Thanks for posting Redwing) What a lot you've been through already! I hope the chemo keeps the PSA down for a good long time.
Glad you found yourself here. Your not new to this journey, but there is a lot of knowledge and support among the brothers and sisters here.
