Had the bi-annual blood test done yesterday and the results came back undetectable.

The test and wait still fills me with dread, wondering the focal positive margin will come back to bite or not. Well for now its NOT! and I am relieved and happy!

I'm curious about your pathology, and the focal margin, as I have one of those.

@tennisplayer I was a G6 with 2 core positive but they found more cancer (g6) with the pathology. It was a focal margin at the bladder neck no detail on the size. I asked the surgeon about it and he said dont sweat it, we use cautery at that location so there is all the chance that the cancer got burned. Something like that anyway. Its been 3.5 years and I'm still good

Thank you Patrick. My doc told me focal margins can be nothing. I did some reading and what I found confirmed what my doc said. If you have only one focal, that's not much to worry about. A G6 focal is also not bad.

All in all, you're doing well.
