I reviewed some of the documents out of UCSF concerning
diet and exercise. They are excellent. Greta Macaire has
two excellent videos on the subject. She understands the
importance of sugar/insulin spikes, "wild" salmon vs farmed,
food placement in a meal, meal placement within the day,
"juicing" fruit (not a good idea), importance of stress, and
and vitamin D as well as other issues that I find missing or
misunderstood by most nutritionists.
I believe that what I'm doing for diet and exercise is 100%
consistent with Greta's videos. The main difference is when
she goes "easy" on a food that may not be good for you,
I go ZERO. I find that PSADT is VERY sensitive to diet digressions.
Here is some background info from UCSF for those who are
interested.
