Bummer, wishing you the best Tatt, you'll handle the future with the calm and wit as in the past.

Sorry to see you back after your long run of undetectable results. Let us know what your doctor says.
My history is somewhat similar to yours. I've now got an MO and he says given my long time to recurrence, both after surgery and after SRT, he is less concerned with the absolute PSA number than in doubling time after PSA gets into whole numbers (1.0 or greater). He doesn't put a lot of stock in doubling times below 1.0. He suspects the sluggish advance of my PCA over these many years may bode well for postponing ADT for a good while longer than he might recommend for someone with a more aggressive recurrence history. The next test or two should tell.

Sorry to see you back, Bronson. You had a pretty good trend going there.
Before getting too upset about
this you might want to just do a retest. It could be a glitch. Mine just went up to 0.04 and that's what I'm doing. Let's both have a lower score next time.
Best,
Jonathan

Bronson, dude,
Good to hear from you, not good to see that number moving up.
Do let us know what the doc says.
Hang in there.

Good to see you back Bronson. Hope the consult goes well. Sorry to see the numbers go back up but they may be testing error. Fingers crossed.

Bronson,
It's good to hear from you. We've missed you.
It's bad to hear from you. We hoped you had escaped.
Hopefully, it's a blip.

Thank you all for your kind words and support.
The doctor's approach to the numbers are "too soon and too few to make a judgement - could be a glitch - could be an increase "- the next test in February 2018 will help determine what is going on.
They have their protocals about
treatment and number levels so will wait until then.
So, not happy but not worried.
Doctor, Steve (my partner) and I all voiced the phrase - "you will die of something, with prostate cancer , but not due to prostate cancer."
Take care one and all.
Hugs,
Tatt2man

Bronson! Great to see you posting again, but sorry to see the uptick in the number. Let's pray that it's just a glitch and that all is well.
I hardly ever post here anymore, but do "read the mail" from time to time and was pleasantly surprised to see "Tatt2man" back on the forum.
My period of worry was about
a week and a half ago. Surgery was back in August of 2010, but the PSA was once again undetectable, so I can breathe easy for another year, I guess.
I hope your results are back where they belong next February.
