And I would venture that along with those who were "cured", or appear to be, that those with few or zero SEs are also without regret. Indeed, if I had more or less the urinary and and sexual function I had before surgery(even if it took me a couple of years to get there), AND felt that I was
cured, what would I have to regret? OTOH, if a man feels that he has been ruined in a couple of important functions, and he is not cured, or maybe even if he is cured and he realizes there was no real reason why he HAD to have that particular treatment and it's ruinous results, that man might feel a little different.
