Dear Sue and family,
Know that we all here share in your loss. Chris will be remembered by us, his struggle was indeed a valiant one. I can tell from your posts he was surrounded by love and a very beautiful family. Know that he was blessed to have you all. I was particularly touched by the affection and understanding shown by his young Granddaughter, when she knew he would be going to heaven. Like John TX, I too believe and I know in my heart that healing will be in heaven, as there all things will be made new, no more pain, no more tears.Hold on strong to those memories of your life together. They will sustain you for your lifetime.
Chris's passing hit me hard, It was hard to write this reply. I too am one of the more advanced PC patients where tomorrow is not certain. I know that for everyone in remission, there are others whose disease is progressing, so I too share the hope for those developing treatments that will ease our pain.
As always I say, keep and hold on to the Faith, that tomorrow will bring a brighter day.Take care Sue and cherish your beautiful family.Thank you for sharing Chris's Journey with us. It is very inspirational and courageous.
