Questions for my MO?

Hello all,

I have not posted in quite awhile. I follow the forum closely, research the data and stay updated. Have always appreciated the members comments.
Quick update:
Biopsy PSA 9
RP November 2015
Post surgery pathology: 4+4, seminal vesicle involvement, Resection margins negative for tumor.
Post surgery 10 week uPSA 0.05
Started Zoladex December 2015
64 Gy prostate bed,lymph nodes began Febuary 2016
Quarterly uPSA undectable since ending radiation April 2016
Plan is to stop Zoladex this month (December 2017). Duration has been 2 years.
Have tolerated surgery, radiation, HT well (aside from normal HT side effects).

Care will be transferred from RO to MO this month for any future follow-up.
I understand at this point I watch closely and monitor any uPSA movement, but are there any specific questions you may recommend I ask my MO as we transfer care?

I have enjoyed your blog and your referenced studies. It has allowed me to be an educated patient. One of those questions asked because of your information posted of both my RO and MO earlier this year was the 2 year versus 3 year benefit of Zoladex. Both believed stopping at 2 years was sufficient.
One question I was tempted to ask my RO but chose not to, was why 64Gy and not 70-72Gy since I was high risk, but since it was after the fact (radiation completed before I read your articles) and at this point would make no difference I thought I would wait and pose the question to my MO at a appropriate time.

Either way, I have no regrets. Comfortable with decisions made and pleased my treatment team always involved me along the way.
