Just checking in, I seldom post anymore, but I lurk here at least weekly. So many new names, and so many that have faded away. Hope everyone is doing well, and best wishes for the Holidays.

Eight years! Congratulations, Ralph. Yes, most guys who have had successful long-term outcomes have faded from the forum. A few post updates. There seems to be a lot less polarization of opinion now than there was when we joined. (about opinions regarding diet, let us not speak).

That's really fantastic Ralph! Congratulations on such an outstanding result!
As Prato pointed out - that's a crazy outlier result with the 0.54, but even crazier that it was on a leap year date!
