Just got the call....all is set for Monday the 18th at 1200hrs to start the 5 sessions of SBRT. WHEW..
finally.

Hi Roger starting my radiation at 10 am central time Monday the 18th so couple hrs before you you will be done in 5 days I'll be done in 37 days no fair!! Lol Best of luck to you!!

Hey Roger..... Best of luck to you. You've done all your homework and this will just be the culmination of all your research and prepwork. Your best Christmas gift will be simply to have this behind you with as little undesirable side effect issues as possible. Best wishes to you my friend. Please provide updates on your experience as you are able.

I also start on Dec 18th (one day early than planned) for a total of 23 IMRT sessions.

Thanks folks for the well wishes.

Looks like 12/18 will be an anniversary date for a few of us. May we all do well and let's make a date to share the years events 12/18/18.

If I can get the "crap" laptop I have to hook up to the WiFi at Swedish I will post something as I go along, otherwise I will post it all next sat/sun when I get back home.

Once I get this behind me all I need to make my life complete is that 4th five.

Best of luck to Roger, Larry and MicroMan! All starting radiation next week, and each with a variation on the treatment. Isn't that always the case.

I choose to start after the holidays and new year, so will be right behind you guys. Let's all kill the beast.

Am. Even if my next PSA in 3 weeks is still undetectable, I want to use my time in the mainland productively and consult with Abramowitz and Biagioli on whether I should do adjuvant given my G8 and EPE+

Best of luck today fellas! Hopefully you'll be in for an easy treatment and recovery that has you asking if anything even happened. Praying for you both. I just did my first 3mo PSA on Friday and should see my results in next couple days. Here we go...

You two will be fine. I just spoke to a urologist at the VA Hospital in Orlando. He said radiating persistent PSA ASAP has had excellent results. ADT is just frosting on the cake....or is that post toasters.
