Question,
What is the average PSA minor uptick from such things as riding a bike, sex, etc. a day before PSA lab work? I thought it was a range of .1 to .3 increase.

I read somewhere that is was about
.8 from ejaculation if within the previous 48 hours.

Whatever it may be, both my uro and RO classify that sort of increase as "noise" and caution me not to make any decisions based upon small changes in PSA.

I remember reading an estimate of a 10-15% increase from other activities was usual.
