.....I don't regret for 1 minute doing ADT maybe I'll learn to hate it after 2 yrs but hey

So far neither do I, Larry, but time will tell. Have you already decided on doing the two year ADT regime, and if so, why?
After a great deal of research, reading, discussions, multiple RO appointments, and advise from experienced folks here, I somewhat reluctantly committed to 2ADT treatment for six months (in for a penny - in for a dime), and I MAY go for a second six months, because I understand that those little pesky cancer cells can take 6-9 months to die after radiation...but for me, that's IT.
I've read, and re-read ALL the ADT studies, articles, statistics, and so forth...and I'm convinced that what we have is the medical communities best efforts at evaluating it's effectiveness, but it's a long way from compelling 'evidence'. There is nothing I found to suggest the any low or most intermediate PCa benefits from long term, multi-year, ADT. There is no compelling long term proof of the effects of either ADT or radiation, for that matter, on our bodies. Just 'best knowledge to date', zero guarantees, and your mileage may vary. We (they) know a lot more today than yesterday, but even less than they will tomorrow.
Each of our cases differ, so as is often said, be your own best informed advocate, and realize that a heck of a lot of these personal choices come down to faith and gut, rather that any irrefutable medical proof.
Sincere best wishes to all on this confusing journey!
