Here's the product that my urologist recommended I take about a year before my diagnosis, after one negative biopsy and a continuously rising PSA. Didn't help me, but who knows. I don't take it any more. Maybe I should....

8% sulphoraphane.
When I was buying from them I needed a password from my urologist. Dr Aaron Katz, who is pretty well known as the diet and integrative medicine guru of prostate cancer..............................
(separate post): Reachout, nevertheless, i ordered it again after this thread got me to thinking. My PSA is low but rising, i have nothing to lose. I eat lots of broccoli raw as well

I agree with "who knows". I was disgusted when I came down with aggressive PC after taking Vit D3(and a few other rumored helpful interventions) for a year or two. But I got over that when I finally realized that I probably had my cancer for years, which were years during which it is almost certain that my vit D blood levels were low, probably quite low. If I had a Bx 5+ years earlier when my PSA first started doubling, I bet you $5 that unless the needles just missed, I would have been diagnosed at that time. So, what, did I expect a little vitamin D3( or whatever) all by itself to reverse my aggressive PC? I don't think I ever expected such miracles, but OTOH, how can I say with certainty that something I did did not help? After all, it was bad but it for sure could have been a lot worse. Plus, when I increased the amount of dietary/supplemental interventions, I did get that 25% PSA drop in 2 months as I awaited RP, first time that( i.e. a decrease) ever happened. I even got a slight improvement in my surgical path. But of course that happens when you do nothing, so I can not prove(obviously) that any of that helped. But I most certainly can not prove that it didn't either. Seems most likely it did not hurt. But, like you said: who knows.
