How many of us will die from our cancers before this treatment becomes available? If you have been diagnosed with "Terminal Cancer" as I have been, nothing to lose, why withhold this treatment? If it is proven to be reasonably safe, fast track it !
Treating cancer is a $2.9 Billion dollar a year industry ..There will be push back....
What they left out, the NAMES of the two "agents" that they used to inject into the mouse tumors...What, exactly, is this miracle compound ??
Fast track it? Just because it appears reasonably safe? Not likely. As always, this no doubt calls for more research. Many years of research, multiple trials.
OTOH, it's not like it is a vitamin or diet. There could be billions to be made from an actual cure that didn't almost also kill or ruin the patient. At least if the 2 agents can be patented. So there will be push back from one end, but there will likely also be a very strong counter push from the side of this drug's developers. So stay tuned, who knows what might happen? Maybe, if there is actually something to it in humans, it won't take 10 or 20 years.
